Care Quality Commission Report
First Key Hereford is a community-based service that provides support for disabled people with a range of physical impairments and learning difficulties.
Accommodation ranges from single occupancy flats to shared houses or bungalows. All accommodation is fully accessible and adapted to the needs of the individuals living there.
Access to the local community
Our dedicated Community Development Team supports individuals to access local opportunities in education, employment, social activities, leisure, creativity and sport. We also offer a range of courses, including literacy, cooking, art, dance and horse riding.
All disabled people have access to an advocate through Herefordshire Lifestyles or Citizen Advocacy to ensure their rights are sustained and their views are heard.
