Transition service for young disabled people
Hennel Lane is a transition service for young disabled people aged 18 to 25 and is registered with Care Quality Commission. Based in a large detached house in Preston, the service provides opportunities for young people to develop the skills to make choices and decisions that will ultimately determine how they live their lives.
Our aim
We aim to promote as independent a life as possible for vulnerable young disabled people with challenging behaviour.
Independent living skills
We "teach the skill where you use the skill", so our day-to-day routine is an educational experience. Lifelong learning is at the heart of what we do. A person-centred approach, built around the needs and aspirations of the individual, is central to our programme.

We're social, follow us!
