"I love coming to Lifestyles as there are so many different things to do and I'm learning such a lot."

Lifestyles is a day service for 50 disabled people aged 18-65 who live in our Runcorn Adult Services and Widnes Adult Services. 

Lifestyles offers a range of high-quality activities and training that aims to give disabled people life skills and let them develop and explore their own interests. The environment is supportive and friendly, and people can take part in a varied and well-organised programme of social, educational and leisure activities that are often based in the community.

Our activities are tailored to meet our customers' needs and include:

• Boccia and curling
• Tenpin bowling
• Allotment sessions
• Woodwork
• Drama
• Cookery
• Current affairs
• Flower arranging
