Meade Close in Manchester is a community-based residential service that provides accommodation for eight people with cerebral palsy.

The staff levels are designed to provide 24-hour support for disabled people living at Meade Close.

Transition service for young disabled adults

We also have a new transition service for young disabled people aged 16 to 25. Based in a two-person bungalow, the service supports young disabled people to plan for their future and develop their skills for independence, in preparation for adult life.

Meade Close is a domiciliary care service registered with the Care Quality Commission.
