Milton Keynes Community Care Services is registered as a care home providing support to people with a wide range of impairments in 13 flats, some in a courtyard development around the day service and others within one mile of the courtyard.
The flats are fully wheelchair accessible and were developed with Milton Keynes District Council close to Milton Keynes centre.
The staff team supports individuals in making day-to-day decisions to achieve their aspirations, ensuring they are able to maintain appropriate and fulfilling lifestyles in and outside of the service.
Links with Abbey have recently provided funding for a new garden.
