Milton Keynes Community Care Services is registered as a care home providing support to disabled people with a wide range of impairments in 13 fully wheelchair accessible flats, some in a courtyard development but all close to Milton Keynes centre.

Supported living vacancies

We have the following furnished flats available:

• One double flat with a wet room and overhead hoist in the bedroom
• One double flat with bath/wet room (tracking for a hoist if required)
• One flat with a conservatory and also wet room – overhead tracking in the bedroom
• One flat single with a bath and overhead tracking hoist in the bedroom and bathroom

We can provide 24-hour care if required: our staff support individuals in making day-to-day decisions to achieve their aspirations, ensuring they are able to maintain appropriate and fulfilling lifestyles in and outside of the service.
