Orchard Manor Transition Service, Hertfordshire
Orchard Manor, Scope’s Transition Service in Hertfordshire, is designed for young disabled people aged 18–26 with complex care support needs, physical impairments and significant learning difficulties.
We offer an environment which is supportive, stimulating, vibrant and challenging. Our person-centred approach supports young people to develop and enhance their social and life skills in preparation for adult life.
Placements at Orchard Manor typically last for three years. The course combines skill development with high-quality care support, enabling individuals to develop skills, identify interests and increase personal independence. Young people leave the service well-equipped with the skills for the future.
