Sharon Collins Resource Centre

Sharon Collins Resource Centre is a day service that supports disabled people in the Brighton and Hove area to access a range of centre and community-based activities in Brighton and HoveEast Sussex and West Sussex.

Our centre hosts a range of sensory-based activities for adults with complex learning, physical and/or sensory impairments, including dance, exercise / movement, music, sensory communication and massage.

Our community support is developed according to the wishes identified within an individual's person-centred plan. This can include access to leisure, recreational, educational and work opportunities. We also work closely with specialists within the local Community Learning Disability Team to ensure individuals are supported to maximise opportunities for maintaining and developing choice, control and independence.

Our fully accessible ground floor premises in central Brighton are designed and furnished to meet the support requirements of our customer group. The service is close to main public transport links within the city, which will allow customers to have a greater choice about how they can travel to and from the service.
