Scope is supporting families in Plymouth and Trafford to pool their personal budgets to buy better activities and short breaks (respite care) services.
We help families, parents and carers of disabled children in Trafford and Plymouth to work together to pool personal budgets to get activities their children really want, as well as short breaks – also known as respite care.
Our support
We support the families and parents of all disabled children and young people, with impairments such as cerebral palsy, autism, dysphagia, epilepsy, mental health problems, mobility problems, learning disabilities and many more, sometimes known as special needs.
We help families and parents to come together and choose activities and services that they really want in their area.
We help them in pooling budgets so that they can use their combined spending power to get better short breaks (respite care) services and activities in their area.
Our staff
Our staff are friendly and skilled at facilitating groups of families, helping them to work together.
