The service consists of a network of seven three-person bungalows: one at Daresbury Court, two at Edward Street and four at Warrington Road. We also operate an eight-bedroomed residential home at Coronation Drive. All the properties are purpose-built and have been provided by local housing associations, particularly Liverpool Housing Trust and Riverside. The accommodation is fully wheelchair accessible.
Disabled people living in the Widnes services are supported by a team of support workers. In addition, the service includes a major emphasis on promoting a quality lifestyle for each individual through an organised programme of social, educational and leisure activities, which are provided by Lifestyles day service.
