Knowing which benefits are right for you is hard. You must meet certain conditions. If you don't get what you think you should get, you may have to attend an appeal or tribunal.
Sadly, many of the independent services that help struggle to meet the demand. But failing to claim a benefit may mean you miss out on other help. For example, some grants depend on you being entitled to certain benefits.
