Diversity teaching resources

1 Diversity teaching: overview

Imagine the Difference is a free and easy-to-use teaching resource to help children at Key Stages 1 and 2 to understand that every human being is different, and that difference is a positive thing. Written and reviewed by teachers, Imagine the Difference contains everything you need to deliver fun and thought-provoking lessons that explore the issues surrounding difference and disability.

The materials give the children the opportunity to explore what we mean by difference, to investigate how different skills and enthusiasms are needed when working in a team, and to display creatively the outcomes of their work.
