Scope and trusts

Scope has established long-standing relations with many charitable trusts and foundations in England and Wales.

These relationships have helped us to implement a number of exciting projects and to launch a number of capital appeals, often in areas where trusts have a particular interest.

We are indebted to our charitable trust supporters whose generosity has contributed directly to improving the lives and opportunities of many disabled adults and children.

We are keen to update trusts that support us on how their money is being spent, and try to give them a real feel for our work through site visits and invitations to events and meetings where appropriate.

We adhere to the Fundraising Promise and Fund Raising Standards Board guidelines, and are a member of the ImpACT coalition to improve public trust and confidence in charities and fundraising. We are happy to discuss our projects and funding options and ensure that support is allocated according to our donors' wishes
