How can my organisation support Scope's Inclusive Volunteering Programme?

The assumption is often made that disabled people only want to volunteer in a disability-related organisation. To challenge this assumption, Scope's Inclusive Volunteering Programme involves supporters. These are charities and organisations that are committed to the principles of Inclusive Volunteering. Scope empowers and supports them to engage more disabled people as volunteers.
IVP supporters benefit in many ways from the programme. Our supporters have access to Scope's Inclusive Volunteering Training and an Inclusive Volunteering Toolkit containing templates, guidance and examples for volunteer managers looking to increase the inclusivity of their programme.
Scope can also provide guidance and tailored support for IVP supporters with advice on a wide variety of issues related to volunteering best practice and reasonable adjustments through the Access to Volunteering Fund.
