Launch of the Brighton and Hove Face 2 Face Scheme
The launch of the Brighton and Hove Face 2 Face Scheme for parents of disabled children will take place at The Friends Meeting House, Ship Street, Brighton.

June 12th
Craig-Y-Parc Summer Garden Party, Cardiff
You are invited to a summer garden party in the beautiful grounds of our Craig-Y-Parc School in Cardiff from 2-5pm on Saturday 13 July.
There will be live music, welly-throwing and a bouncy castle, among other activities and attractions. Come along with friends and family for a great afternoon in the Welsh countryside.

National Disabilities Conference
Eleven million people in the UK are disabled. One in five adults have either serious physical problems, chronic pain or have trouble communicating with others unaided. It is estimated that by the end of our lives almost half of us will be disabled.

Ingfield Manor - Author Day
Ingfield Manor School has an exciting literacy day planned for all the primary and secondary pupils.
Keith Parks is coming to deliver a Shakespeare workshop based on A Midsummer Night’s Dream, which will enable the pupils to explore the play through rhythm and music.
Ingfield Manor - Youth Cabinet
The West Sussex Youth Cabinet
Ingfield Manor School was awarded the Gold democracy award for the second year in a row. One of our 16plus learners stood for election in the West Sussex votes and was elected. Our learner will be attending Palace of Westminster in July to receive the award.
June 6th
Ingfield Manor School - owl visit
Ingfield Manor School has organised for the whole school to take part in an owl day. Owl breeders from Sussex will be bringing in 11 different owls, and children will learn about their habitats, diet, personal qualities and their location in the world. Children will have the opportunity to handle the birds and it promises to be an excellent day.

Russell Road Open Day, Waltham Forest
Russell Road is holding an open day to showcase our new service in Waltham Forest for disabled people and their families.
We will also be holding a fundraising event for resources and activities for the centre. There will be a range of stalls and information available about all our services.
