Scope sees a future where disabled people have true equality of opportunity in all aspects of life, particularly the world of employment.
Diversity Works is an initiative launched by Scope to transform the employment landscape for disabled people. Diversity Works, supported and enabled by Scope, is working with a number of key and strategic employers, similarly committed to creating leadership opportunities for disabled people. These include:

- Cultural Leadership Programme

- Leasedrive Velo
- Lehman Brothers
- Weil Gotshal & Manges
Diversity Works is:
- A unique and historic way of creating excellence in disability leadership
- About enabling disabled people to secure jobs at all levels
- About real people in real jobs progressing in real careers
Diversity Works will achieve this by:
- Leading by example to change the employment landscape
- Designing and/or endorsing services and tools to support the removal of the barriers faced by disabled people
- Working with Scope on our Time to Get Equal campaign
