Work Preparation – Wales

In partnership with Jobcentre Plus, we provide the Work Preparation programme in Wales, which is an individually tailored programme designed to help people with health conditions or impairments return to work after a long period of sickness or unemployment.
Work Preparation aims to help you overcome obstacles that are preventing you from finding employment. It can help you to:
- Identify the most suitable type of work for you
- Gain work experience
- Learn new skills or update old skills
- Build your confidence
Work Preparation provides three different programmes:
