WORKSTEP employee
In partnership with Jobcentre Plus, we work with employers and disabled people to integrate disabled jobseekers into the workplace, in ways that enable both employers and individuals to gain maximum benefit.
Scope's Employment Service provides the WORKSTEP programme. We have a team of Employment Officers across England and Wales who will work with both the disabled person and their employer to ensure that all the person's skills are fully used. This could include working with the employer to make necessary adjustments including providing extra equipment, identifying relevant training and advising on issues such as flexible hours and different job tasks.

- A contribution towards the employee's training and development costs
