Amelia's story
"After I graduated I was offered very few interviews and when I was, the jobs didn't fully utilise my skills and knowledge. I got involved in Scope's scheme for disabled graduates and got a six-month placement with B&Q's Social Responsibility team identifying chemicals used in their products and recommending how their environmental impact can be reduced."
"Many companies are not confident about handling disability and lack of experience has a lot to do with it. Scope addresses both of these issues and it gives me the benefit of great work experience with some of the UK's foremost employers.
