Rebecca is Managing Director and co-owner of a digital agency called Head. They specialise in digital transformation and building revenue generating digital products and services. 

Over the last seven years Rebecca has grown the company significantly and Head has been listed in the UK’s eConsultancy Top 100 Agencies report for the last three years.

Taking the Managing Director role at Head is the culmination of 20 years specialising in the digital sector following four years studying for a History Degree at Edinburgh University. Directly out of university Rebecca worked for Leo Burnett, a top six advertising agency, and from there she has worked in software design and development, data marketing, Customer Record Management (CRM), e-Commerce, digital product design and development for some of the world’s largest organisations. These have included companies such as Shell, Tesco, Coca-Cola, as well as organisations such as Macmillan Cancer Support, Sure-Start.

As the leader of a company, Rebecca’s skills are inspiring teams around a vision, guiding, mentoring and challenging people, making tough decisions, celebrating success and evaluating risk. 

Rebecca believes in the maxim “you get back what you put in” and wishes to use her wide breadth of digital knowledge to help Scope fulfil its digital ambitions over the coming years.
