Ways to contact your supplier
There are various ways you can contact your gas and electricity supplier.
Minicom or textphone
Using a textphone can help you make a phone call if you have hearing or speech difficulties.
You can download the Relay UK app or use a textphone.
You need to dial 18001, followed by the number you want to call. The service is free. You just pay for the normal call charges.
Social media
Using Facebook or Twitter, you can send messages to their social media team.
WhatsApp is available for EDF.
Live chat
Instead of making a phone call, you can send and receive live messages from your supplier.
British Sign Language video
Some providers have this service.
