The flat course makes it perfect for novice runners and with over 12,000 runners set to take part, this fantastic race will be bigger and better than ever before.

As part of our Scope Brighton Half team you'll receive:

  • Free Scope running vest.
  • Monthly e-mails with training and fundraising tips.
  • Fundraising materials - just ask the Events team to send you some!
  • A dedicated events coordinator to support you from the moment you sign up to the day you race.
Really great experience running for Scope. Everyone was so welcoming and supportive.

Reasons to support Scope

The money you raise:

  • Means we can be there to offer support and advice to disabled people and their families.
  • Could help our helpline continue to support thousands of people every year. Last year, we received 28,000 enquiries and demand is higher than ever.
  • Could help us to bring parents of disabled children together through our online community or local befriending services so they can support each other during stressful anxious times.

Volunteer at the Brighton Half Marathon

As a volunteer you'll be part of the main volunteer team on the day with roles such as handing out medals to the finishers, high fiving them through the finishing line and giving them water when they need it.

Being part of the Brighton Half Marathon is a really fun day. And without people like you the event wouldn't take place.

If you're interested in volunteering on Sunday 25 February from 8am until 1pm call the Events team on 0207 619 7270 or email
