With no cut-off times, no age limit and all kinds of mobility equipment and buddies welcomed on the course. This event is a fantastic day out, whether you're a first-timer or an experienced athlete.

With just £100 fundraising target, we're here to help you every step of the way with your training and fundraising ideas, so that you can help make this country a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else.

The money you raise:

  • Means we can be there to offer support and advice to disabled people and their families.
  • Could enable our helpline to continue to support thousands of people every year. Last year we received over 28,000 enquiries and demand is higher than ever.
  • Could help us to bring parents of disabled children together through our online community or local befriending services so that they can support each other during stressful and anxious times.

We will be there to support you every step of the way. We're part of your team.
