What does it take to become an IRONMAN?
A full IRONMAN consists of:
- 4 mile swim
- 112 mile cycle
- and a marathon 26.2 mile run
Easy hey?! Gulp. If the full isn't for you, or if you want to try something different, maybe a Half IRONMAN is right for you?
An IRONMAN 70.3 is half the distance of an IRONMAN, consisting of:
- 1.2 mile swim
- 56 mile cycle
- 13.1 mile run
Whatever you fancy, whether it's IRONMAN UK in Bolton, IRONMAN 70.3 Staffordshire or even IRONMAN Italy and beyond, take part in any of the official IRONMAN events and we'll refund your full registration fee.
