Sleep Right service

Sleep Right helps families of disabled children in East London, Northamptonshire and Peterborough to improve their sleep.

The support we offer

  • telephone and email support

Our sleep consultants specialise in working with disabled children. They will give you practical advice and suggest steps you can take to help your child sleep.

Eligibility

The service is free and open to families with disabled children aged 2 to 18, or 2 to 19 in Northamptonshire.

There are lots of types of sleep issues you might be experiencing:

  • your child might not be able to fall asleep
  • they might wake many times during the night
  • or, they may wake ready for the day in the very early hours

Locations

The service is available if you live in East London, Northamptonshire or Peterborough.

East London

Sleep Right in East London is available to families who can travel to sessions in Hackney, Newham and Tower Hamlets.

Northamptonshire

This service is only available to families living in Northamptonshire.

Sleep Right in Northamptonshire is funded by the Local Authority and NHS. We are unable to accept referrals from parents directly.

Peterborough

This service is only available to families living in Peterborough.

Sleep Right in Peterborough is funded by the Local Authority. We are unable to accept referrals from parents directly.

Setting up new Sleep Right services
