We're all in need of some festive cheer at the moment, so why not take on Scope's Virtual Santa Dash and complete 5K, your way.

Your Virtual Santa Dash experience

Running, walking, pushing, cycling or anything else you can dream up. Take on 5K, your way and earn yourself the official Santa Dash medal and goodie bag.

Festive attire is encouraged and you'll get your own Santa hat when you sign up. Or you can dress in your own festive gear - snowmen, elves and reindeers are all welcome!

How to get involved

There are just 4 easy steps to taking part

  1. Dream up your 5K challenge and secure your place
  2. Set up a JustGiving page and spread the word to encourage friends and family to support you
  3. Complete 5K, your way, any time between now and 25 December 2020 (don't forget to track your attempt)
  4. Upon completion, email your tracking to to receive your medal.

We'd love to see you in action, so share a photo or video of your challenge on social media. Tag us using #TeamScope and @Scope so we can see your festive attire.

The difference you can make

By signing up to Scope's Virtual Santa Dash, you'll be raising vital funds to help us end inequality for disabled people.

The pandemic has been difficult for everyone, but for disabled people its exacerbated existing barriers and exposed many new issues, leaving more and more disabled people feeling isolated and forgotten.

£9 could pay for a typical call to our helpline, giving people vital support and information. We need this now more than ever as more people call us for support and advice.

£25 could cover the cost of providing advice from a trained professional on our online community.

£75 could go towards our parent support services, giving parents of disabled children practical, tailored advice on a range of topics.

I can honestly say that I don’t think I could have coped had it not been for the Helpline. They have given me so much time and support through all my difficulties and battles.
