Free Will offer terms and conditions

We work with the National Free Wills Network to provide this service, this is a company independent to Scope. They have a network over 800 solicitors across the UK. Scope pays an agreed amount to the Network per completed Will.

There may be some costs you will need to pay, if requirements for your Will go above the ‘standard Will' (like, including a Will trust or powers of attorney). The cost of the standard Will is still deducted and covered by Scope. Any extra costs will be explained to you clearly by your solicitor and you will not be tied-in to proceeding with the Will if the extra costs are too much.

Leaving a gift to Scope as part of the offer is optional. Our solicitors will not use any pressure in effecting your decision. You are not obligated to let Scope know whether you choose to leave a gift or not.
