About the role

Audience focussed, data driven and insight-led, you will have a proven track record of designing customer journeys that generate income, increase value and develop loyalty.

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our Supporter Development team to lead on the implementation of audience-led and integrated supporter journeys. The primary focus of the role is to increase the value and engagement of existing and new audiences by enabling the wider team to deliver relevant and timely communications so we offer the right product on the right channels to the right supporter at the right time.

It’s an exciting time at Scope as we invest in acquisition and are committed to providing the very best experiences for our supporters. We’ve recently launched a new strategy to achieve everyday equality for disabled people by 2022, and we know our supporters will be fundamental in helping us get there.

You will be part of a high performing and forward-thinking team that places great importance on personal development.
