Job description

Role purpose:

To be a Disability Gamechanger.

To support the Head of Employment with the co-ordination of a pilot to test and learn an individualised pathway of support for our employment customers. You will co-ordinate the internal teams required to support this pilot and work with those teams and customers to support the trial of this new way of working.

Main responsibilities and accountabilities: 

  • Support the Head of Employment to set up and co-ordinate meetings/workshops with all internal stakeholders to ensure effective management and implementation of this pilot
  • Take a lead role in documenting and participating in the test and learn nature of this pilot
  • Support the development and upskilling of our existing advisers to deliver this new pilot
  • Comply with Scope’s policy and procedures, and external compliance such as GDPR, complaints, and safeguarding policies.

Person specification 

Relevant experience of:

  • Supporting a team with all aspects of a new project 
  • Supporting any adaptations in existing content.
  • Working with customers to co-produce content and test and learn a new way of working.
  • Working collaboratively across departments to reach the end goal.


  • Have working knowledge of our existing employment services. 
  • Experience working across internal teams on a project.
  • Able to manage workload autonomously and effectively deliver to targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to support a team to adapt to a new way of working whilst ensuring our customers are put at the heart of this pilot.
  • Strong team working skills.
  • Excellent IT skills (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and Teams) 


  • Previous experience in training within a team environment 
  • Experience of supporting a similar pilot or project.
  • Ideally familiar with CRM systems.
