We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide a professional and high level administrative support to the Executive Director of Marketing, Fundraising and Communications. Your role will be to ensure that they are able to function effectively and that they can participate fully in the corporate leadership of Scope.

At an exciting time when disability issues are in the spotlight and at the top of the agenda, you will play a key role in ensuring our dynamic and highly successful Marketing, Fundraising and Communication teams can achieve real change for disabled people.

About you

You will have strong experience of supporting Directors, we’re particularly looking for someone who has managed and co-ordinated projects and delivered presentations.

So you'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people. You will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a complex workload in a busy environment. You will be able to handle confidential information, manage sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy, and spot issues before they arise.
