This is a pivotal role in the HR team with the opportunity to take the development, engagement and use of iTrent to a new level. Our People are at the heart of what we do, this role will be integral in equipping us with the system we need to support delivery of our ambition

We are looking for an experienced iTrent specialist to take responsibility for the HR and payroll system for our 880 staff.

To succeed in the job you will need:

  • a good understanding of iTrent, both HR and Payroll
  • a focus on problem solving and practical delivery
  • a collaborative and positive approach to making a difference

Delivering equality for disabled people is fundamental to Scope. Scope is working to drive social change and equality for 14 million disabled people in the UK. We’ll do this by delivering online and in-person services that support 2 million disabled people each year, and provide the evidence to change society for many more.
