Scope is launching an exciting ecommerce division to support our many charity shops across England and Wales. Working in a new team, this will be a great opportunity to develop your skills and be part of establishing a new invaluable source of income for Scope.

About the role

You'll help us raise money to support Scope’s work by:

  • Supporting the work of the Online sales division
  • Contributing to the online sales department making a significant profit to support Scope’s work
  • Provide customer support to online sales customers
  • Answering queries from shop staff
  • Achieving and maintaining a top rated seller status
  • Actively promoting Scope whenever possible

About you

Are you all about customer service? We are looking for someone who thrives in a team, supporting them with administrative activities as well as our customers so that they get a great experience buying from Scope.

You'll need experience in answering and solving queries with a flexible and friendly approach so that our customers return to us and provide great feedback. Excellent organisational, communication and administration skills are a must along with great I.T. skills.
