Scope is launching an exciting ecommerce division to support our many charity shops across England and Wales. Working in a new team, this will be a great opportunity to develop your skills and be part of establishing a new invaluable source of income for Scope.

About the role

You'll help us raise money to support Scope’s work by:

  • Setting up and effectively managing an Online sales division
  • Meeting budgeted sales targets and taking full responsibility for the efficient and profitable running of the online sales division
  • Maintaining an agreed level of seller ratings and positive feedback scores
  • Managing a team of paid staff and volunteers
  • Actively promoting Scope whenever possible

About you

We are looking for an experienced Online sales manager that can bring their knowledge and skills to our new online offering and raise money for our charitable cause.

You'll lead a small team, so great people skills are needed as well as the drive to succeed in this new opportunity. You'll needan understanding of the online market, ecommerce and eBay. Problem solving skills and a can do attitude are a must.
