Be a Disability Gamechanger and come and join our new Manchester Employment Team. The Programme Lead role will be to support the implantation, set up and delivery of one of our portfolio of Employment Services. You will have direct line responsibility for a small team of Employment and Partnership Advisers providing effective supervision, coaching and guidance to these staff, ensuring the service KPI’s are met and undertaking delivery of support to customers provided where required.

About you

We are looking to recruit an experienced Employability Manager who will bring drive and enthusiasm to this key role whilst being able to demonstrate that you care passionately about improving disabled people's lives through employment.

You will have excellent negotiation skills and have the ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the location. Being dynamic, results-driven and comfortable working to targets with a proven track record in managing a successful team will enable you to succeed within the role. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organisational skills and experience in a similar role which ideally would also involve experience of working with remote teams in different locations nationally.

An integral part of this role will be to identify, contact and maintain a database of delivery partners to help promote our services to disabled people and generate referrals to this voluntary service.

With a base within our Manchester office you will be required to travel to deliver support to our customers across our delivery area as well as to our other locations across the country as required.

Successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) check
