Job description
Be a Disability Gamechanger:
- Create and deliver marketing campaigns
- Deliver and implement robust multichannel marketing strategies to achieve campaign objectives
Main responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies for high and medium profile multichannel campaigns
- Implement high and medium profile campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget and achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive briefing process, training and inspiring the organisation with new ways of working
- Collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve our objectives
- Brief external creative and digital marketing agencies and freelance designers, copywriters, copy editors, photographers and video editors
- Lead marketing communications project groups
- Comply with all Scope policy and procedure and external compliance such as GDPR, complaints and best marketing practice
- Comply with HR, Scope systems and processes, and performance.

Knowledge and experience
Relevant experience of:
- Drafting and implementing multichannel marketing strategies across both online and offline channels to achieve agreed return on investment
- Project management in a complex environment
- Leading on briefing external creative, media planning and media buying agencies and freelancers and supporting internal teams to write compelling project briefs, as well as working with and alongside the agencies/freelancers to deliver
- Contributing to the development and embedding of thorough briefing processes
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new ways of working to drive efficiency and effectiveness, particularly within a creative environment
- Leading and supporting with the delivery of training to embed new ways of working
- Success in building strong relationships internally at all levels
- Building good relationships with external suppliers
- Marketing best practice
- Copywriting and editing for a range of audiences and purposes
- Understanding digital marketing practices and interpreting results
