Virgin Media partnership
Scope and Virgin Media are working together with the ambition to support 1 million disabled people with the confidence and skills, to get into and stay in work by the end of 2020.
Our research reveals that disabled people are more than twice as likely to be unemployed than non-disabled people. This is known as the disability employment gap.
Through our partnership with Virgin Media we are tackling this employment gap in two ways.
Support to Work
In 2018, we launched Support to Work, our flagship digital employment support service. Support to Work offers personalised, online and telephone support for disabled people, who are looking for work.

We are also working with Virgin Media to create more inclusive businesses for disabled people. #WorkWithMe first launched as an awareness campaign to highlight the barriers disabled people face getting into and staying in work.
The campaign has now grown into a community of businesses committed to thinking and acting differently about disability. Members attend events, share resources, and benefit from a range of opportunities to network with other businesses.
