Actress and disability campaigner

Born with the rare genetic condition commonly known as Brittle Bone condition.

Samantha initially trained to become a secondary education Teacher before deciding to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. 

Samantha starred in the Maltesers advert before landing her debut lead role in indie film Little Devil, which saw her winning the Best Actress award at the LA Diversity Film Festival.

Alongside her career as an actress, Samantha is a disability campaigner and has supported Scope for many years. She has also been key note speaker for events at ITV and Genetic Disorder UK and is currently conducting training sessions for Transport For All. Renke also writes columns for Pos’Ability disability magazine and Metro online, as well as regularly blogging for Huffington Post.

As a self-proclaimed fashionista, Renke believes fashion should know no bounds and has recently joined forced with vegan bag company MiaTui to produce the Samantha Bag, a handbag which has disabled people in mind.
