Lisa Quinlan-Rahman

Executive Director of Customer Strategy and Experience

Lisa became Scope’s first Executive Director of Customer Strategy and Experience in July 2016. She is responsible for ensuring Scope becomes a genuinely customer centric organisation, offering high quality products and services that are valued by disabled people and their families because they have real impact.

She joined Scope in August 2008 as Head of Digital, establishing our first Digital team and strategy, was then promoted to Group Head of Digital and Marketing and later to Interim Director of External Affairs.

She has held a range of roles in Digital, Marketing and Communications at Third Sector and not for profit organisations and prior to that spent three years working in commercial roles within media and publishing.

Lisa is a Trustee of Self Management UK, a leading charity in self-management support for people living with long-term health conditions.
