Executive Director of Customer Strategy and Experience

Lisa became Scope’s first Executive Director of Customer Strategy and Experience in July 2016. She is responsible for the design and delivery of the services Scope offers to disabled people and their families. 

Lisa is passionate about ensuring Scope services place the lived experience of disabled people and their families at their core, ensuring Scope offers high quality products and services that have impact and are valued by disabled people and their families.

Lisa is an experienced leader of both services and external engagement divisions at Board level, having previously held the role of Executive Director of External Affairs at Scope. In recent years, she has focused on strategy development and implementation, evaluation and corporate governance. In particular, quality, safeguarding and risk management. 

Prior to joining Scope Lisa held a range of roles in Digital, Marketing and Communications at Third Sector and not for profit organisations and before that worked in commercial roles within media and publishing.

Lisa is a Trustee of Self Management UK, a leading charity in self-management support for people living with long-term health conditions.
