If you are unhappy with an item, you can return it to us for a refund, or exchange it for something else.

Please return items to your local shop.

When returning your item, please make sure:

• the item is complete with ticket
• you have the original receipt
• the item is returned within 14 days of purchase

This does not affect your legal right to getting your money back for faulty or mis-described goods.
