We offer support for disabled adults in the local community.

Do you want to try something new outside your home, see friends or relatives? With us you can do the things you enjoy, such as:
  • going shopping
  • meeting friends
  • sports and fitness
  • travelling to college
  • going to the pub, cinema, theatre, concerts or a football match
Through our flexible support you’ll gain new skills, confidence and independence. It’s your choice what you’ll do.

Is it for you?

We support disabled adults with any condition or impairment. These include dysphagia, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, autism, physical impairments and learning difficulties. We also support disabled adults with clinical needs such as tracheostomy, gastrostomy, suction, oxygen and medication administration.

Getting started

We will talk with you – and others in your life who you want us to – to find out what’s important and how you like to be supported. We’ll answer any questions you might have. And together, we’ll develop a support plan around the things you want to do, focusing on what you’d like to achieve.

Your support staff

We’ll find support staff who you like and you’ll get on with.

Supporting disabled people for the past 60 years, we know just how much selecting friendly and caring staff matters. We train our staff thoroughly to provide safe and quality support.

You can pay using your direct payments, personal budget, private income or through the local authority.

Book us for an hour or two as needed, a whole day out or at a regular time that suits you.
