About your role

  • You’ll be able to choose what sort of tasks suit you best from the following options:
  • back of house, helping us sort donations and prepare stock out the back
  • customer service, welcoming customers to the shop, answering customer queries or serving customers on the till
  • department specialist, taking care of a specific area of our shop, such as our books, media, shoes or handbags
  • visual merchandising, creating window and shop floor displays
  • supervising, keeping an eye on the shop floor and supporting other volunteers

This is a very flexible role. We’d love your help for as little as 1 hour a week, but if you can give 5 hours, even better. We’re open 7 days a week, so chat to us about the hours and days that suit you.
