The overarching purpose of the Anti-Racism Advisory Panel members will be to hold Transport for Wales (TfW) to account in its delivery of its Anti-Racism Action Plan (ARAP), ensuring accountability and transparency in addressing racial inequity within the organisation, and fostering and inclusive environment that promotes racial diversity and combats racism.

The ability to speak and write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
