Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for an Applications Support Analyst to join our team on our central team in Manchester. As a Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for managing and leading your own team helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic.
About the role
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organisation
- Ensuring timely Incident resolution and effective management of tickets raised
- Play a key role in understanding new technical solutions and facilitating smooth transitions for WMS project implementations
- Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to address intricate challenges and guide the investigation process

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts
- Strong problems solving skills
- Familiarity with the DLx WMS and SQL is desired
