Key information

As an Apprenticeship Trainer in Health and Social Care with Stockton Riverside College you will be responsible for the delivery, support, monitoring and assessment of the Level 2 to Level 5 Adult Care Apprenticeships and Level 3 – 5 Residential Childcare Apprenticeships.

About the role

The ideal candidate will have significant industry experience within social care settings and residential childcare settings along with a high level of organisational skills and motivation to deliver a range of health and care apprentices. The successful candidate will need to have a high level of drive and enthusiasm, a commitment to high standards and an exceptional approach to innovative teaching and learning within an apprenticeship remit. You will also be required to have a full driving license and access to a vehicle.

Requirements

It is essential that the candidate holds an assessor award qualification or be willing to work towards an Assessor qualification, and preferably an Internal Quality Assurance/verification qualification  along with subject specific qualifications at a higher level and experience of recent working practices within the health and social care sector.
