What you’ll be doing

  • Be the voice of the customer, translating needs into Epics, features, and user stories that drive meaningful development
  • Collaborate across teams to shape the future of our core software products (CMI+, MEP, SMK and E2)
  • Build and manage backlogs, ensuring improvements are prioritised and delivered with purpose.
  • Use data and insight to influence decisions and drive strategic direction.
  • Support development, testing and third-party partners with clear, actionable guidance.
  • Bring clarity to complexity through process mapping (Primarily event storming), wireframes, and user journey design.

Requirements

What you bring:

  • Experience in business process modelling (BPM) and tools like Visio.
  • A user-first mindset with the ability to create wireframes/mock-ups (Axure knowledge or experience using balsamiq are a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for turning insight into action.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a collaborative, adaptable approach. Working in Waterfall systems is also an asset
  • A proactive, independent worth ethic – you’re energised by challenge and change and comfortable to manage and prioritise your workload
