Working closely with the Head of Supplier Management, Supplier Management Analyst and Business Operations Coordinator, the role of Business Operations Administrator provides support across a number of key areas, such as procurement, finance, project management, legal research, knowledge management and travel management.
£13.85
per hour
Full time, Hybrid, Internship
(35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday for 8 weeks)
1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH with hybrid working, 3 days per week in office (flexible)

About the role

Business Operations Administrator will be involved in a range of activities based on the company’s needs and priorities, with some key tasks and responsibilities listed below:

  • assist the Business Operations Coordinator with administrative activities
  • assist Project Management Office with tasks
  • travel management support
  • diary management for the Business Operations team
  • general administrative support to the Head of Supplier Management and Planning.

What you will learn:

  • How procurement works within an international law firm.
  • How to ensure third party suppliers work collaboratively with the business.
  • How to build relationships within the business to ensure procurement processes are followed.

Requirements

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.  
  • A proactive approach to task management.
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills.  
  • High level of IT competency and understanding of programmes including MS Office and Teams.
  • Professionalism.
