(40 hours per week, 4 days on 2 days off, with 2 weekly shifts from 6am to 2pm and 2 shifts from 2pm to 10pm)

About the role
As an ABM cleaning and waste operative your role will be to deliver cleaning services to client facilities in and around the building to a high standard. As an external shopping centre this role is indoors and outdoors throughout the day. This position is essential for supporting our tailored facility solutions that not only meet but exceed the expectations of our client, promoting a sustainable environment while providing opportunities for personal and professional growth within our company.

Requirements
- Previous experience in waste management or similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of waste disposal and recycling practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Strong communication skills to interact with management, tenants and members of the public.
- Physical fitness and ability to carry out manual handling tasks related to waste handling.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, overnight and cover holidays.
