We’re looking for a Concierge due to the previous post-holder gaining a promotion.

£25,830

per year

Full time

(36 hours per week, Monday to Saturday shift rota. Hours between 8am and 8pm. This position will require working on alternate Saturdays.)

About the role

Running the reception area and communal areas of the building
Checking and screening contractors, visitors and guests have permission to access the building
Carrying out regular spot-checks of various areas to ensure health, safety, and cleanliness are maintained
Supporting the lettings team, and reporting any defects
Assisting residents with queries
Issuing building and parking fobs, taking payment when necessary
