Key information

If you’re enthusiastic, sales-focused, and ready to be part of a collaborative and creative team, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in an exciting events environment.

Step into the exciting and fast-paced world of our Events & Hires team, where no two days are the same! As Sales Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue by supporting the successful booking and delivery of a wide range of events – from international associations, high-profile corporate conferences and gala dinners to school performances, and charitable functions.  As Sales Coordinator, you’ll help shape these events from first bid to signed contract handling site visits, negotiating packages, and tailoring plans to suit each client.

About the role

Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll support the coordination and administration of events, helping to deliver unforgettable experiences while meeting income targets. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive sales approach will be key to helping us grow and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, associations, charities, schools, and private groups.  You’ll also support the Head of Sales, Events and Hires with marketing, helping us reach new audiences in smart and creative ways.

You’ll need to be organised, confident, and full of ideas, ready to help us hit our income targets and give every client a top-notch experience.

But don’t worry if you’re not a perfect match for the job description and criteria, we’d love you to apply anyway. We are more interested in your determination, positivity, and willingness to get stuck in.
