We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and trustworthy Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Executive Director (ED) and Artistic Director (AD) in the effective delivery of their leadership responsibilities.
£28,000 to £30,000

This role is integral to the smooth running of the executive leadership office and requires a confident individual with strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to accessibility and inclusive working practices.

About the role

This role includes responsibility for coordinating and managing the access requirements of the Artistic Director, ensuring they can carry out their work effectively and comfortably. This may involve liaising with access support workers, managing accessible formats, and ensuring the AD’s working environment and communications are fully accessible.

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Experience of or demonstrable commitment to supporting access and inclusion in the workplace.
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office and other digital tools to manage schedules, documents and communications.
  • Interest in the performing arts and / or theatre.
