We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our finance team. 
Temporary, Hybrid
(12 month fixed term contract)
London

Key information

This is an entry level role supporting the day-to-day finance operations with a focus on accounts payable and receivable. The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in an administrative role and will be confident managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines.

About the role

  • Process invoices for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Monitor and maintain both AP and AR email inboxes
  • Match purchase orders (POs) accurately to supplier invoices
  • Track supplier invoices and statements, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Support the team with payment runs
  • Assist with chasing outstanding or overdue invoices
  • Assist with month end tasks 
  • Handle charity-related PO queries and liaise with relevant departments
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure smooth operation of finance processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department as required

Required experience

Essential

  • Enthusiasm for working in a finance or office environment
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

 Desirable

  • Any previous admin or office-based experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or finance systems like Business Central
